Dear Parents, 

The fourth nine weeks has arrived and our students and staff are hard at work preparing for the PACT Assessment. The PACT Assessment begins May 13th and will last through May 22nd with makeup days on the three following school days. The Algebra I and English I End of Course Exams are scheduled for May 7 and May 8th respectively. I have no doubt that our students will perform well.  Children are a mirror of our expectations of them. That 's why we always expect the best.

As the end of the year approaches, there will be multiple opportunities to come to school to see our students in action. Check our school calendar on the front page of this website to find those opportunities.

 On the construction front, the brickwork on the exterior of the school is almost complete. The roof structure is also nearly complete. Once all the exterior work is complete, the interior work will begin in earnest. While from the outside, construction will appear to slow down, the crew will be hard at work with the remainder of the project. The projected date for substantial completion is in October. The school would not begin operation in the new facility until January of 2009.
